My approach
I'm an entrepreneurial-minded Integrator—with 30 years of practical, hands-on business operations experience—who helps Visionary small business owners create companies that can essentially run themselves.
As an Integrator using EOS® principles, my goal is to work myself out of a job. Yes, for real! By that I mean, it’s my mission to put a solid framework in place, calm the chaos, and then help identify and onboard my replacement - be it from within the organization or with the help of a search firm.
By working with you and your team on a weekly basis (one full day per week) you'll experience progress each week in:
- Rocks getting completed
- The quality of L10 meetings
- Team health and communication
- Scorecard measurables that are dialed in and hit
- Processes that are defined and followed by all
- Keeping things from falling through the cracks
- Creating a culture of accountability
At your Implementer-led Quarterly or Annual Planning Sessions, I'm sitting elbow-to-elbow with you and your team as your Integrator, making sure that our plans for the next 90 days are impactful AND accomplished.
Whether you’re a Visionary that's currenty also sitting in the Integrator seat, your recently lost your Integrator, or you’re looking for Integrator support as you embark on your EOS® journey, you don't have to go it alone.
A unique perspective
It can often be easier for someone outside the business to step in and say what needs to be done to get things back on track or working properly. That’s the nice thing about bringing me into the mix- I’m happy to be the “bad guy.” Although, I’m actually quite nice. 🤗
I find so much joy in helping others succeed and have always been a huge proponent of creating memorable and engaging experiences for everyone I work with. Whether together at a table or virtually across the globe—as a member of the True Integrator™ Community —I will help you work *on* your business instead of *in* it, using simple tools and a clear plan to continually move you closer to your goals.
I’ve worked with clients in many sectors including professional services, manufacturing, construction, medical, law/legal, solar, insurance, finance, residential services, tech/IT, member-based services, and more. Regardless of the industry, EOS® tools and principles can have a meaningful impact on the vision, profitability, and team health of the companies I work with.

Life is too short to take for granted. I strive to live my EOS Life every day, which means I'm:
Doing what I love - Working side-by-side with a Visionary to make their dreams a reality and coaching other Integrators to do the same
With people I love - I'm drawn to founders, owners, and leaders that are passionate about their teams. They've got courage, empathy, and heart.
Making a huge difference - Shortening the learning curve for a company (or an Integrator when coaching) is such a fulfilling experience.
Being compensated appropriately - I put my years of experience and success as an Intgrator to use, so that you don't spin your wheels. Can you say shortcut?
With time for other passions - When I'm not working, my husband Sergio and I (along with our Saint Bernard, Bo) love traveling, rock hounding, riding motorcycles (without the dog!), working on cars (pic to left - rebuilding a 5.7L Hemi), gardening, bicycling, and doing projects around the house.
